Mark Koops - Managing Partner, Executive Producer

Mark is the former Managing Director of Reveille, a company he helped launch in 2002. Mark is responsible for creating and developing a wide range of innovative programming and content for television and online audiences. He has produced more than 750 hours of television, including 11 seasons of NBC’s The Biggest Loser and the Fox franchise, MasterChef. With The Biggest Loser, Mark created a retail brand with over $500M in revenue sales to date as well as launching a philanthropic initiative in partnership with General Mills and Feeding America. At Trium/INE Mark is focused on building on that experience by aggressively exploring new business paradigms in the shifting entertainment landscape. 

Eric Day - Managing Partner, Executive Producer

Eric leads the charge on our digital business, which is credited with, among others, three seasons of the groundbreaking real-time social media series @summerbreak (now at Fullscreen), the hit scripted AOL series Making a Scene with James Franco, and the Tiesto-starring EDM competition series Your Shot which debuted this summer on Vevo. Eric also heads up our advertiser business, which includes dozens of successful partnerships with top advertisers and their agencies, including TV integrations and custom series for blue chip brands and top-tier networks. Prior, Eric was the co-head of Microsoft’s Branded Entertainment & Experiences Team for five years. 


Clay Murphy - EVP, Executive in Charge of Production

Clay Murphy was born and raised in California. He began his career in television after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business at Woodbury University. Prior to joining Trium as the Executive Vice President of Production, Murphy had the role of Senior Vice President of Production at Shine/Reveille. Previously, he spent three years at Evolution Media as the Executive in Charge of Production. In his 15-years in television, Murphy has worked on shows spanning all of the major networks including: CBS‘s Live to Dance and Big Brother, NBC’s The Biggest Loser and American Gladiators, FOX‘s Master Chef, BRAVO’s Real Housewives of Orange County and Tabatha‘s Salon Takeover, SPIKE’s Slamball, MTV’s The Buried Life, and countless others.

Shandy Anglin - Head of Finance

As Chief Financial Officer, Shandy brings over 20 years of financial management experience and expertise to the organization, with over 17 of those years in Entertainment, and over 13 years in Production Finance. During that time he has managed production and corporate finance teams for television programming and digital ventures at Paramount Pictures, Spelling Television, MTV Networks and Reveille. He has extensive experience in all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interfacing with the financial community, financial analysis, mergers and acquisitions, ventures and start-up enterprises, and monitoring of financial performance. Shandy received his CPA from Deloitte & Touche and his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jennifer Heftler - Head of Current

Jennifer has showrun hundreds of hours of television in almost every genre possible, both in studio and field based.  Her checkered career includes scripted, unscripted, talk, game, hidden camera, and formats. As Co-Executive Producer of The Man Show with Jimmy Kimmel and Adam Carolla, she held down her little island of estrogen surrounded by farting monkeys, girls on trampolines and beer. The Yin to that Yang had her helming three seasons of Something Borrowed, Something New and creating the formatted pilot for Bride By Design with Trium for TLC.  Jennifer gets around and has produced for Comedy Central, MTV, Spike, TruTV, WEtv, Vh1, DisneyJr, OWN, Style, Oxygen among others.

Mike Mihovilovich - Showrunner

Mike has been with Trium/INE Entertainment since its' inception and he has quickly established himself as the go to in house show runner across their digital portfolio.  His strong directorial vision in the field has become a key tool in the company's ability to produce top quality execution within existing digital budgets.

Sam Johnson - Manager of Digital and Brand

As the Manager of Digital and Branded Entertainment for INE Entertainment, Sam Johnson has overseen the development and production of countless digital shows across all major online portals.  He's spearheaded video campaigns with leading brands including the likes of Mountain Dew, Capital One, Kia, Walmart, Target, and Starbucks.
